Some of the plays presented in previous years were: Hercules, The Hunchback, Aladdin, Grease, Pirates of the Caribbean, Anastasia and others.

TOY STORY II (T.M.)

Shooting Star English theater group presented last month the play, Toy Story II (T.M.) at Hatillo's Municipal Theater. This is a non-profit organization sponsored by the Department of Public Education of Puerto Rico. This project was created in 1997, and it it celebrating the 10th. anniversary. There were 50 members participating in this group from 2006-2007. We are proud of representing our school, Luis F. Crespo High School in Camuy, Puerto Rico.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

SHOOTING STAR is an English theater group created and directed by Sonia Grisel Cubero as part of the innovative projects for the Department of Public Education in Puerto Rico. These project encourages the participation of high school students in an English theater group at Luis F. Crespo High School in Camuy, P.R. A different play is performed each year at theaters in the northern area of the island for the benefit of private and public schools, as well as the community in general.
